Coaching Philosophy:
I am team oriented, highly motivated by the love for the game, enjoy teaching all aspects of the game, and truly believe we cannot succeed alone or as individuals. Soccer is a game that requires all its players to go onto the field of play and everyone must contribute 100%. When we walk away from the field the only two questions I will ask are did you leave it all on the field? And did you have fun doing it?
Coaching is not a democracy. All players will get a chance to play, but they must do as the coach requests. I am a firm believer in communication and am always here to answer any questions you may have. I am very demanding, but I am also very forgiving. I will push you to achieve your limits and help you overcome your limitations. That is my goal!
